Post-Abortion Healing Guide | Trauma-Informed Practitioner | Women’s Circle Facilitator

Hello Wild Heart, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Jennifer—a woman who’s walked through the fire and found her way home to herself. A practitioner rooted in both professional training and lived experience. And a guide for women who are ready to begin their own healing journey after abortion.

At 17, I made the hardest decision of my life. One that I knew was right for me at the time—but one that left behind a silent storm of grief, guilt, shame, and self-doubt.

For years, I carried that pain in silence, believing I had to.
Believing that because I made the choice, I didn’t deserve to grieve it.
Believing I wasn’t worthy of healing, of love, of softness.

It took 17 years before I realized that what I needed wasn’t more silence or shame.
What I needed was healing.
And when I found it, everything changed.

Today, I hold space for other post-abortive women—women just like you—who are ready to stop hiding and start healing.

My Work

I’m a trauma-informed practitioner with a master’s degree in mental health counseling. I’m also a certified Master Women’s Circle Facilitator and a sacred womb healing guide.

My work isn’t just about psychology or somatics—it’s soul work. It’s about helping you reclaim your voice, your worth, and your wild, beautiful self.

I offer sacred circles, 1:1 coaching, online programs, and transformational rituals that allow women to process their post-abortion grief without judgment, without shame, and without having to explain themselves.

Because two things can be true at once:
Your abortion may have been the right choice.
And it may have broken your heart.

Both deserve compassion. Both deserve healing.

This Is a Safe Space

I don’t believe healing happens in isolation. I believe it happens in community.

In connection.

In spaces that are warm, sacred, and real.

That’s what I’ve created here—and I’m honored to share it with you.

If you’ve been waiting for someone to tell you it’s okay to grieve
If you’ve been waiting for a sign that healing is possible
If you’ve been waiting for someone to understand

You just found her.

I see you. I honor your story. And I’d be honored to walk with you.

With love and tenderness,
Jennifer
