Session 1:
Welcome and Introduction.
In this opening session, you'll meet Jennifer Kittredge, the compassionate guide who will walk alongside you on this healing journey. Together, you will set the foundation for the course by exploring its structure, objectives, and the safe, supportive space being created just for you. This session is designed to help you feel grounded, comforted, and ready to begin your path toward healing and transformation.
Session 2:
Sharing Your Story.
In this session, you'll be invited to explore and share your personal experience in a compassionate and non-judgmental space. Acknowledging the importance of your story is the first step toward healing. Through gentle prompts and mindful exercises, you'll connect with your emotions, release shame, and begin to see your experience in a new light.
Session 3:
Embracing Sacred Rage
This session focuses on the often misunderstood emotion of anger. You'll discover how to express sacred rage in a healthy and constructive way, honoring the emotions you may have been holding onto. With guided exercises and safe, sacred practices, you'll learn to release pent-up energy and reclaim your voice, empowering yourself to heal.
Session 4:
Connecting with Your Sacred Soul
This session invites you to reconnect with your sacred soul and honor its journey. Whether you felt disconnected or have been afraid to face this part of yourself, you’ll be guided through a process of acknowledging and embracing your soul’s sacred presence. This connection is an essential part of your healing and transformation.

Session 5:
Memorial and Ritual of Release
A powerful and emotional session, this experience is dedicated to honoring your journey and your sacred soul with a personalized memorial or ritual of release. Through ceremony and intentional practices, you will allow yourself to grieve, release, and find closure, creating space for healing, love, and new beginnings.
Session 6:
Celebrating Your Journey and Next Steps
In this final session, you will reflect on your healing journey and celebrate your courage, growth, and resilience. It’s a time to acknowledge how far you’ve come, while also discovering what’s next for you on this ongoing path of healing and transformation. You will leave this session empowered and ready to step into the next chapter of your life.
