7 Self Care Rituals to Support Womb Health
Womb Health is something many women aren’t tuned into. I certainly wasn’t, until a few years ago. I have realized just how vital it is and how women all over the world should practice womb healing/awakening (more on this later). Today, I wanted to share 7 rituals to support your womb health.
Abdominal Self-Massage: Take a few moments each day to gently massage your lower abdomen in a clockwise direction. This ritual helps increase blood flow, promote healthy digestion, and relieve tension in the pelvic area.
Herbal Baths: Create a soothing herbal bath by infusing warm water with healing herbs like chamomile, lavender, or rose petals. Soak in the bath for 20 minutes to relax your body, reduce inflammation, and promote circulation to the pelvic region.
Yoni Steaming: Explore the ancient practice of yoni steaming by sitting over a steaming bowl of water infused with herbs like calendula or rosemary. Allow the warm steam to permeate your pelvic area, promoting cleansing, relaxation, and hormonal balance.
Nourishing Foods: Incorporate foods that support womb health into your diet. Opt for nutrient-dense choices such as leafy greens, berries, avocados, and omega-3-rich foods like flaxseeds and walnuts. These foods provide essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support hormonal balance and overall well-being.
