Meditation to Embrace Forgiveness

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax without any distractions. Sit or lie down in a position that feels supportive and comforting. Gently close your eyes and begin by taking a few deep breaths, allowing your body to settle into a state of relaxation.

As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your awareness to your womb space, located in your lower abdomen. Visualize a soft, warm light emanating from your womb, filling your entire pelvic area with a gentle glow. Allow this light to create a sense of safety, peace, and healing.

Now, focus your attention on any past experiences or relationships that may have caused you pain, resentment, or anger. Acknowledge the emotions that arise without judgment, allowing them to be present in this moment.

As you breathe in, imagine inhaling a pure, loving energy that surrounds you. Feel this energy enter your body, filling your womb and the spaces where past wounds reside. With each breath, this loving energy expands, surrounding and embracing those past experiences with compassion and forgiveness.

Now, gently repeat the following affirmations silently or out loud:

When you are ready, bring your attention back to your breath. Take a few deep breaths, feeling the life-giving energy flow through your body. Wiggle your fingers and toes, gradually bringing your awareness back to the present moment.
