Who do you need to release?
Part of my healing journey was releasing people in my life who weren’t healthy for me.
Although painful, it was something that was incredibly important. In order to heal, in order to live a nourished life, we sometimes have to remove people who aren’t healthy for us.
Today, I invite you to think of 3 people in your life who lift your mood, make you feel inspired and are supportive of your endeavours.
Consciously plan to meet or communicate with them more often. Schedule a coffee meetup or chat with one of them today.
Always remember to spend time with people who make you feel good about yourself. As for me, I will be scheduling a meetup with my good friend whom I’ve ‘neglected’ due to my hectic work schedule.
