Moving Through Resistance

We had a beautiful circle last night which revolved around the theme of “renewal.”

The women that stepped in shared so deeply and openly. I’m always so honored that they trust me with this journey.

I’m not gonna lie. I had a rough week. My back pain was out of control and I was in excruciating pain for days. I wanted to cancel this circle. I didn’t want to show up. I wanted to pull the covers over my head and just sleep until the pain went away.

But, one of the most important lessons I have learned through circling, is that you show up, even if you don’t feel like it.

You show up because there is divine medicine that one receives through circling.

I showed up and am so thankful that I didn’t cancel.

The magic and medicine that I personally received fed my soul.

I left nourished and renewed.

I left feeling connected and loved.

I left holding each Wild Heart close to my heart, thankful for their openness and sharing from their depths.

There’s such beauty when women come together.

There’s incredible strength when women open up and share.

There’s depth and vulnerability when we allow ourselves to be truly seen.

Do you have a place where you can show up in your mess? Who holds sacred space for you?
